| Description | Can you pull changes for any part of the GCB toolchain from Sforge SVN? Changing SVN to another rep is not my call. I would have convince Hugh and I do not think he would be willing as this is his rep. Can you pull the distribution from Sforge Files (which is really an FTP server) ? but, this is NOT SVN controlled. Your thoughts? | ||||

Yes, you can, in example: open a comand line on any path you want your svn repo. type: "svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/gcbasic/code/ gcbasic-code" whitout quotes wait for source download (gcbasic-code folder will be generated) open GCstudio and select "open a local folder" and select the gcbasic-code folder GCcode will open and the svn logo will be available at the bottom of the left side menu panel (below extension) clic, expand the repo and enjoy i forget to mention that comand line tools option must be selected when installing tortoise svn this will download the code as read only as i dont have permissions to the repo. also you can: svn checkout --username=[your credentials] https://svn.code.sf.net/p/gcbasic/code/ gcbasic-code |
